He mostly shorter than Zeke McBongo and Marsha Dwannelle, and has a semi wide torso, has pale skin, a orange afro hair, has freckles on both sides and has a chubby face.

He mostly wears a medium cyan long sleeve shirt, light blue pants, white gloves, blue shoes with yellow lining and wears a dark blue and white hat with a pale green visor and with the letter "B" on it.
Personality[]
He is described as a eccentric science obsessed boy, who's more observant and often willing to explore much of creatures that lives in Subterranea-Tania, he at times is often describe as silly, weird, and optimistic at times.

Marsha is one of Billy's friends and who she was formerly a lab partner since in Lab Friends... Forever?.
Zeke[]
Zeke is one of Billy's friends and who he was formerly a lab partner since in Lab Friends... Forever?, he kinda more lean and more often depicted as dull and has a little interest in Billy, for at least after Lab Friends... Forever?, he begin to get used to being around with Billy and Marsha.

- He is slightly similar to Uncle Grandpa, a Cartoon Network show by the same name.
- He originally was going to voiced by Jessica McKenna, but for unknown reasons, she was eventually turned down.[2]
- Hence Aaron Springer became the voice actor for Billy.
- He is the Billy Dilley's Super Duper Subterranean Summer counterpart of Phineas Flynn from Phineas and Ferb as they are both the titular protagonists from their respective cartoons and are both the curly redheaded leaders from their respective trios.
