Aaron Paul Springer (born September 5, 1973) is an American cartoonist, animator, writer, storyboard artist, layout artist, and voice actor. He is the creator of the Disney XD original series Billy Dilley's Super-Duper Subterranean Summer, in which he voices the main character, Billy Dilley. He is best known for his work on the Nickelodeon animated series SpongeBob SquarePants, for which he contributed to as a writer and storyboard artist for eight seasons.

As a voice actor, he's credited for voicing Billy Dilley in every episode, as well as other characters like Greg, Mushroom Prince, Rock Person, and Evil Billy. He also wrote every single episode in the show. He storyboarded all episodes except Crab Hands, The Mushroom Prince, and Hey Judy.
